Where do we go from here?
As the Division's Senior Vice President and General Manager Bill Barclay
has stated, "ISO 9001 is not an end in itself, but rather a starting point from which
we will continuously strive to improve our processes, from design to customer
support."
Our Mexicali, Mexico manufacturing facility employs the same quality
system used in our ISO 9001 registered locations, and the process for certification in
1997 is under way.
Our commitment is and always will be to improve all aspects of our
business, because the true measure of our quality is our customers' complete satisfaction.
